Our Mission was clearly communicated to us when Jesus spoke these words in Matthew 28:19-20:
"Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Our Vision: As we proclaim Jesus Christ as the head of our Church our goal is to be committed to loving people unconditionally and teaching the word of God with simplicity and understanding creating an environment by which believers may learn and commit to a comprehensive lifestyle of worship consequently, making disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ developing their gifts to impact their family, community, and ultimately the Kingdom of God.

What
We Believe at Kingdom Impacting Christian Center
Tenets of faith are essential because they provide the
framework for a persons belief system. Incorrect doctrine will lead to
incorrect beliefs, habits, and lifestyles. We believe that it is
important to know your faith, love your faith, and live your faith. KICC accepts the Holy Scriptures as the
revealed will of God, the all-sufficient rule for faith and practice, and for
the purpose of maintaining general unity, adopts the following statement of
fundamental truths:
WORSHIP
We believe
that worship is intentionally declaring, celebrating, magnifying, glorifying
and savoring the greatness, beauty and majesty of our God. He is our supreme
treasure, the object of our deepest affection, the only One who
satisfies. We believe that the highest form of worship is a response of
all that we are to all God has revealed Himself to be in the Bible, creation,
and our everyday lives. It's a way of life. It's what we were designed to
do. It's what we will do forever in heaven. It's the only thing we do
as an end in itself. We believe worship services should be passionate,
engaging, full of Scripture, prayer, and an awareness of God's awesome
presence. (Psalm 16:7-11; 27:4; 96; 100; Matthew 22:37-40; John 4:23-24;
Revelation 5:11-14)
SCRIPTURES
We believe
that the Bible, Old and New Testament, is the inspired and only
infallible, authoritative Word of
God without error in original writings. The Word of God holds the words to
eternal life and the keys of the Kingdom of God of God, which shows us Gods
principles, and standards for living and it is spiritual food that sustains us
in all circumstances. (2 Timothy 3:16, 2 Peter 1:21, Hebrews 4:12)
GOD
We believe
that there is only one true and living God, infinitely perfect , Author and Creator of all things, who is eternally
existent in three separate persons comprised of the Father, Son and Holy
Spirit. All are One representing the Holy Trinity (Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew
28:19; Isaiah 43:10-11; Luke 3:22).
JESUS CHRIST
We believe
the Lord Jesus Christ as the only begotten Son of God the Father, second
person in the Godhead of the Trinity. We believe that Jesus was and is eternal
in his person and nature as the Son of God who was with God in the beginning of
creation (St. John 1:1). We believe that Jesus Christ was conceived of the
Holy Spirit, and born of the virgin Mary. That He lived a sinless life,
provided for atonement of our sins by His death on the cross, He was crucified, died and was buried was
resurrected after three days, ascended back to the right hand of God the
Father, and ever lives to make intercession for us. (John 3:16, Matthew
1:18-20)
HOLY SPIRIT
We believe
the Scriptures ascribe to the Holy Spirit the acts and attributes of an intelligent
being, and that the works of God such as creation, inspiration, giving of life,
and sanctification are also ascribed to the Holy Spirit. We believe that the Holy Spirit is the third
person in the Holy Trinity that He proceeds from the Father and the Son, and is
eternal. (Matthew 3:16, John 14:16, John 15:26; Genesis 1:2; Job 33:4; Mark
3:29; John 16:8, 13; Acts 7:51, 10:19, 13:2, 13:4, 16:6; 1 Corinthians 2:11,
6:11, 12; Ephesians 4:30; 1 Peter 3:18; 2 Peter 1:21).
SALVATION
We believe
in the salvation of man, his fall and redemption.
A) Man is a created being, made in the likeness and image of God, but
through Adams transgression and fall, sin came into the world. The Bible says
all have sinned and come short of the glory of God being in need of
redemption. Romans 3:23; Genesis
1:26-31, 3:1-7; Psalm 51:5; Ecclesiastes 7:29; John 6:44; Romans 5:12-21; 1
Corinthians 2:14).
B) Mans only hope of redemption is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ,
He was manifested to undo the works of the devil (1John 3:8).When Jesus died on
the cross He became sin and sickness for us providing salvation and healing for
all(Psalm 103:3)
C) We believe that salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the
Holy Spirit is absolutely essential for personal salvation. (Luke
7:50, 24:47; Romans 10:13-15; 1 Corinthians 1:18; 2 Corinthians 2:15; Ephesians
2:8, 9; 2 Timothy 1:9; Titus 2:11, 3:5-7).
D)
We believe
that the only means of being cleansed from sin is through repentance and faith
in the precious blood of Christ. Salvation comes by faith in Jesus Christ and
not by human works. Believing in your heart that God raised Jesus from the
dead, and by confessing with your mouth Jesus as Lord and Savior of your life.
(Romans 10:8-10, Ephesians 2:8, Romans 5:20-21)
THE CHURCH
The true Church is composed of all such persons, who
through saving faith in Jesus Christ, have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit
and are united together in the body of Christ of which He is the head.
WATER BAPTISM
We believe
that water baptism in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit is by full
immersion and is a direct commandment from or Lord and is for believers only.
Baptism in water is an outward sign of an inward faith, a statement to the
world that a believer has died or put away the old ways of life and have been
raised to a new way of life in Christ. (Matthew 28:19, Romans 6:4, Colossians
2:12)
BAPTISM WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe
that the baptism with the Holy Spirit, according to Acts 2:4, with the evidence
of speaking with other tongues, is given to Believers who ask for it. All
believers are entitled to, and should expect and earnestly seek the promise to
be filled with, led by, and serve through the power of the Holy Spirit.
(Matthew 3:11; Luke 24:49; Acts 1:8, 2:4, 2:38-39, Acts 19:1-7; Romans 8:15;
Ephesians 5:18; Joel 2:28)
IMPACT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT
We believe
that the Holy Spirit is at work today within the Church through His gifts,
fruits and anointed ministers. We believe that the gifts of the Holy Spirit are
given to every believer and need to be activated and exercised to fulfill their
divine purpose of blessing the Body of Christ. (Acts 1:8, 2:39, 19:1-6, Romans
12:6-8, 1 Corinthians 12:1-11, 28, 14:2, 18, Galatians 5:22-23, Ephesians 4:11)
COMMUNION
We
believe that Holy Communion, the Lords Supper, shows forth the Lord's
death until He comes, should be taken regularly, and is for believers only
after careful self-examination and repentance as a time of
remembrance of what God has done for us. (Isaiah 53:5, Matthew 26:26-28, Romans
5:11, 1 Corinthians 11:23-25, 1 Peter 2:24)
HEALING
We believe
in the redemptive work, of Christ on the cross and that it provides healing of
the human body in answer to believing prayer.
Provision was made for the physical, mental, and spiritual healing of
the believer through the prayer of faith and by the laying on of hands. It is
provided for by the redemptive work of Christ and is a privilege to every
member in the Church today. (James 5:14-15, Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:17, 1
Peter 2:24)
SANCTIFICATION
We
believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the
Christian enables them to live a holy life. Sanctification is a definite, yet progressive
work of grace, beginning at salvation and continuing until Christs return. The
Bible teaches that without holiness no man will see the Lord. By the power of
the Holy Spirit, the command of holiness can be obeyed. (Hebrews 12:14, 1
Thessalonians 5:23, 1 Peter 1:13-16, 2 Corinthians 3:18 Philippians 3:12-14, 1
Corinthians 1:30; Romans 8:5; Philippians 2:12, 13; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; 1 John
2:29).
RETURN OF CHRIST
We believe
in the personal, imminent return of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. (Titus
2:13, 1 Corinthians 15:51-52, Revelation 21:1; Acts 1:11; 1 Thessalonians
4:13-18).
RESURRECTION AND JUDGMENT
We believe
that all mankind is subject to the death of the body as a result of original
sin. We believe in the Resurrection of the Dead and Eternal Judgment. The
resurrection of both the saved and the lost. They who are saved will be
resurrected to eternal life and those who are lost to the resurrection of
eternal damnation. Both the saved and the lost will stand before God. The
believer before the Judgment seat of Christ and the lost before the Great White
Throne Judgment. (Hebrews 6:2, 2 Corinthians 5:10, 1 Corinthians 4:5, 1
Corinthians 15:42-44, Revelation 19:20, 20:10-15; Ecclesiastes 12:7;
Romans 5:12; Philippians 1:23; Matthew 24:31-46; Acts 24:15; Revelation 22:11).
PROSPERITY
We believe
in Total Prosperity. (3 John 2)
A) Spiritual (John 3:3, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Romans 10:9-10)
B) Mental (2 Timothy 1:7, Romans 12:2, Isaiah 26:3)
C) Physical (Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:17, 1 Peter 2:24)
D) Financial (Malachi 3:8-12, Luke 6:38, 2 Corinthians 9:6-10, Philippians
4:19)
MARRIAGE
We believe
in the sacredness of marriage between one man and one woman and family
commitment. We promote strong family values. (Ephesians 5:31-33; Ephesians
6:1-4; Hebrews 13:4; Matthew 19:5 Leviticus 18:22; Genesis 2:24)
